April is International Black Women's History Month!!!!!

 

A Time for global Celebration!!!

Our time as Black women during this month of newness and rebirth at the beginning of spring time is NOW. This is our month to embrace our achievements, build understanding and awareness as well as celebrate the rich history of the past, present, and future generations of not only Black Women but minority Women who are the Descendants of the African continent and African-American (Black Hebrew Israelite), Afro-Australian, Afro-Mexican, Afro-Latino, Afro-Argentine, Afro-Brazilian, Afro-European, Afro-Bolivian, Afro-Columbian, Afro-Guyanese, Afro-Peruvian, Afro-Bahamian, Afro-Barbadian, Afro-Caribbean, Afro-Cuban, Afro-Dominican, Haitian, Afro-Puerto Rican, Afro-Saint Lucian, Afro-Trinidadian, and Tobagonian, Afro-Vincentian, Afro-Asian, Italians of African descent, Afro-Greeks, Afro-French, Afro-Germans, and Black/Afro-British. International Black Women's History Month is about unifying the community by promoting visibility, education empowerment, contributions and achievement which positively impacts communities of Black Cultured Bodies across the globe.

Our time as Black creatives, writers, poets, storytellers, artists, spoken word performers, singers, musicians, etc. is Now!!!!

SistersRoc'N'Rhyme Salutes all our Black sisters and ancestry globally. It's a beautiful day/month and time, (as my beloved sister Kay reminded me), to be a Black Woman!!!!
